Dale Flippin graduated from Long Beach State University with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Education.
He has been a resident of Nevada County since 1982.
For the past twenty-one years, Dale has worked in the field of property tax assessment within the Assessor offices of Sacramento, Placer and Nevada Counties.
His expertise includes residential, commercial and special use property valuations, as well as public relations. He thoroughly enjoys the challenges and rewards of leading an organization comprised of 32 employees with an annual budget of over 2.5 million dollars.
