Senior Outreach

Registered nurses assist seniors in obtaining in-home services to prevent premature or unwanted institutionalization.

Services include:

In-home health education regarding health needs, concerns, and current medication issues
Generalized "head to toe" assessment by a registered nurse
Blood pressure check and proper diet and stress control counseling
Emotional support from a caring and concerned nurse
Guidance in contacting the appropriate agencies for support
Assurance phone call program staffed by volunteers
Speakers available for service clubs and community organizations
