Housing Division

The Nevada County Housing Division is a multi-services resource agency which pursues, secures, and administers state and federal funds for efforts which benefit low income households.

Successful grants include funding from:

The Community Development Block Grant Program,

The HOME Program,

The Community Services Block Grant Program,

The Workforce Housing Reward Program,

The Department of Energy, and

The USDA Housing Preservation Grant Program.

The Housing Division is currently administering the following programs to benefit low income households:

Home rehabilitation,

Small business assistance,

Home weatherization, and

Home energy efficiency solutions.
