Do you have a favorite photo?

Would you like to shoot a picture especially to see on NCTeen.com?

Most of the photos that are displaying on our new NCTeen.com Home Page are "stock photos" that came on a disk we bought.

But we’d like to change that as soon as we can, and feature pictures shot by YOU. All you have to do is Email your pictures to our Webmaster and he’ll take care of the rest.

There are a few rules we have to follow:

1. We can only accept digital photos, since we wouldn’t want to lose a paper print of yours.
   
   
2. Be sure to send us your name, so we can thank you and in case we have any questions about the picture.
   
   
3. The picture is going to be 180x180 pixels in size, so it has to look good when it’s cropped to a square. (The Good News Is: cell phone cameras often shoot square pictures, so feel free to send those!)
   
   
4. The picture can’t have any recognizable faces in it. Although we would really like to have closeups of you and your friends, we’d have to get written releases from everyone, and we’re just not set up to do that yet. But that leaves a lot of interesting things you can shoot. (Photos of big public events like football games are probably fine, even if they’ve got faces in them.)
   
   
5. By sending us the photo, you’re agreeing that it’s OK for us to display it on NCTeen.com (which is part of the Nevada County Website), and that you’re not going to get paid anything if we use it.

If you’re OK with those few rules, send in those photos!
