The Nevada County Vital Records Office is the Local Registrar for Nevada County. The Local Registrar is responsible for the registration of all birth, fetal deaths and death events, which occur in Nevada County.

Birth and Death records are housed in this office for the current year and one year prior. For older records, visit the Nevada County Recorder's Office.

The Nevada County Vital Records office is open from
8:30 a.m. till Noon and 1:00 p.m. till 4:30 p.m.


FEE

      
Certified copies of Birth Certificates are $17.00 each.
      Certified copies of Death Certificates are $12.00 each.
      Burial permits are $11.00 each.
