Victim/Witness Support for Crime Victims and Witnesses If you, or someone close to you is a victim of crime, advocates at the Nevada County Victim/Witness Assistance Center can help. Our program is part of a statewide effort to provide crime victims with emotional support in the aftermath of crime, guidance through the criminal justice process, assistance in applying for Victim Compensation and awareness of victims' rights.
All services are confidential and free of charge.
Elder Abuse Outreach and Advocacy Support for Adults 65+and Dependent or Disabled Adults 
Court assistance and crime prevention for older, dependent and disabled adults.
