Historic Carnegie Library

Opened in 1916, the Grass Valley Library - Royce Branch is a historic Carnegie library listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Right in the heart of downtown Grass Valley, this library serves a vibrant local business and arts community, residents, families, and visitors alike.

Features

The top floor of the library is dedicated to adult services, with computers and laptops as well as a self checkout option for when times get busy. The lower level of the library is dedicated to children and teens, with space to play, read and hangout.
