Vaccine Information

Learn more about how Nevada County is working to vaccinate our residents.

  • Visit our Vaccine Schedule page to see who is currently eligible to be vaccinated.
  • Sign up for MyTurn.ca.gov to be notified when it's your turn to get vaccinated and schedule your appointment. Our Public Health Department releases appointments on MyTurn.ca.gov every Friday at noon.
  • Find out where you can get vaccinated. This page is updated with new information regularly.
  • Text VACCINEINFO to 898211 to receive text messages with updates on vaccine eligibility in Nevada County. These updates come from Nevada County Public Health, in partnership with 211 and will be sent straight to your smartphone. If you prefer email alerts, submit your email address via this on-line form to receive the same updates.

Contact Tracing

Due to the large number of positive COVID-19 cases in our community, those with a positive COVID test may not hear from the Public Health department.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19, you must follow the Isolation Guidance and share the Quarantine Guidance with your close contacts. Your close contacts must follow the Quarantine Guidance. Learn more about Quarantine vs. Isolation here.
