    The Nevada County Community Development Agency along with the Nevada County Association of Realtors (NCAOR) and the Nevada County Contractors' Association (NCCA) invites you to the 4th annual Building Fair this June. In anticipation of the building and wildfire season, the event will bring over 40 vendors in land development and wildfire preparedness fields. Come meet with the experts and get your questions answered from contractors, design professionals, material suppliers, greenhouse manufacturers, wildfire resource experts, utility providers, jurisdictional agencies, and real estate professionals. You don’t want to miss this event if you are planning on developing your property OR needing to create defensible space.
